Whether you are feeling healthy and strong, and can push yourself to the limits or if you have an injury or limitation that seems to be getting in the way, yoga is about accepting where you are.

Our yoga classes are designed with intention to create a supportive, inclusive and safe space. We help our students to explore their bodies and minds through music, movement and breath. 

 Yoga practice is something that reminds you how powerful the body can be.  But there is the other side of yoga; the side that isn’t focused on the shape your body can make. Yoga is about being comfortable in your own body, about finding balance both in body and mind. Mental clarity is the main goal of the yoga practice.

Conscious breathing, movement, meditative mind create emotions and help you connect with yourself on the deeper level and learn how to take gentle unconditional care of yourself. And when this happens, everything else falls in places – your health improves, your stress level decrease and you become more happy and content with your life.

Every time you practice, your body changes in some way; your mind changes – and looking from the inside you face the world that moment. You learn how to be present, to stay in the moment. And you realize how much your body can accomplish if you treat it right…

We offer group yoga classes as well as private classes. Private yoga classes are great for beginners, people with injuries or specific needs. Enjoy the convenience of having a class that suits your schedule and location.
