Are you ready to register for our programs? It’s simple! Fitness should feel fun, and that’s what we aim to do. No pressure, no expectations, work out stress-free.

This small group fitness class focuses on circuit training, with a combination of strength and cardio exercises, to get the most bang out of your efforts. Each class will be different so that you feel challenged and have fun!.

To join our programs you must meet the following criteria :  you are NOT injured. You can exercise without feeling pain, not even a little bit. If you have a medical condition, you have been cleared by your doctor to participate. You are 19 years of age or older.
